EARL GREY CUPCAKES

Ingredients:
1/2
cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened (or use salted butter to
eliminate salt)
1
cup (200g) sugar
2
eggs
1
1/ cups (192g) all-purpose
flour
2
1/4 tsp. baking
powder
1/2
cup milk
3
Earl Grey tea bags
Instructions:
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 (175
degree).
2.
Beat the butter and sugar
together until it is light and fluffy (about 5mins).
3.
Add eggs one at a time,
making sure they are thoroughly combined before adding the next one.
4.
In
another bowl Mix the dry ingredients,
including the tea.
5.
Then beat in half of the dry mixture with the
wet, then add the milk and the rest of the dry
mixture, stirring until just combined.
6.
Line
the cupcake pan with 12 cups and fill them full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool
thoroughly before frosting.
